Abstract

In Italy there is an important and constant access of immigrants, which was necessary some time ago through a temporary programming of annual entries, through successive decrees issued by the governments, so that foreign workers could carry out an activity in sectors with a shortage of labour, especially in agriculture, tourism and hospitality activities.
It also highlights the collaboration of the Italian State with others that are the origin of migratory flows, through the conclusion of bilateral agreements to promote immigration with a more comprehensive and inclusive approach.
Despite the establishment of such an order for the entry of foreign workers into Italy, it was noted that there were several occasions, two of them recently, to regularize the situations in which these workers found themselves.
