The STS of March 3, 2014 resolved an interesting question: classification as severe disability in favor of a beneficiary that while he had no absolute blindness have some residual function scope, their situation is functionally comparable. To resolve this issue the sentence performs an analysis of the case law on this issue, highlighting the equality of absolute blindness to these assumptions similar effects, the doctrine that the assistance of another permanently is not necessary, suffice aid only to some vital events; especially using a criterion of objective character to the granting of the degree of disability.Downloads
