Reconciliation of the spouses and widow's pension

Abstract

The legal framework of the widow's pension has been built, in large part, by the courts, since the applicable regulations do not offer a solution to many of the heterogeneous cases that occurred in real life. In this sense, Social Security legislation does not address the effects of the reconciliation of the spouses, but of course the restoration of marriage should affect the identification of the beneficiaries of the widow's pension, and the amount of the benefits received. This research will try to eliminate the uncertainties generated by this institution of reconciliation of the spouses.
