The international legacy of Aurelio Desdentado

Abstract

In this paper, two important rulings that have an impact on the international plane are analysed. The topics to be debated are innovative and conflictive, hence we examine, on the one hand, the whole question related to the calculation of the Spanish pensions of migrant workers, not only for retirement, but also for survivor's pension and permanent disability and, on the other, the principle of totalisation of the periods covered.
