Abstract

The study analyses two court decisions in which the controversial issue of the assessment of conditions for the purpose of permanent disability is analysed. In one case, it is the viability or not and, in this case, the effects of working after a declaration of absolute permanent disability. The second is the incidence of passing to second activity in a disability assessment process.
