Abstract

The purpose of this research work is to analyse the extinctive possibilities of the different actions of the worker in a situation of temporary incapacity and the cases of aggravation or delay in the healing process attributed to him or the evidence that he is fit to carry out his functions. We also undertake an analysis of the doctrinal and jurisprudential current on the theory of disability or illness as a cause comparable to disability. We emphasize that during the development of this article we made a series of proposals of lege data and lege ferenda.
