Abstract

Two rulings on unemployment in which Desdentado Bonete acted as Judge and which had a great doctrinal and jurisprudential impact are analysed: the STS of 26 March 2007, which declared the reimbursement inadmissible in the event that there was no collection of processing salaries due to disappearance or insolvency of the company; and the STS of 5 May 2004, relative to partial unemployment without reduction of working hours due to administrative authorization, allowing coverage to be provided for a situation that did not seem covered, without requiring administrative authorization when the situation arises with a new contract.
